ADCA/AFI July 2022 – Arrow Bronze Site Visit

Arrow Bronze is the premier supplier of bronze and aluminium plaques and accessories to the memorial industry in Australia.

Though a leader in their field, it wasn’t so long ago that Arrow experienced a high and highly variable reject rate in their casting area. Jump ahead 2 years and you find that a low and stable reject rate has been achieved – an exceptional outcome built on the back of a series of process and facility improvements. Not silver bullets but incremental improvements based on strong leadership, good engineering and a methodical approach.

Come along and meet the Arrow Bronze team and learn about their journey of continuous improvement.

4:45 – 5:00pm – Sign into venue. Tour starts promptly at 5pm.
5:00 – 6:30pm – Site tour
6:30 – 7:10pm – Finger Food plus Q & A.
7:10 – 7:15pm – Close of meeting, Alan Cooke

Cost:
AFI / ADCA members – $20 per person, Non-members – $40 per person
Finger Food and soft drinks are covered in the booking fee.
